灵气是一种既安全，具保护力，自然及和谐的宇宙能量疗法，有助灵性修炼及自我提升。

人体的气，包含了两个极端的能量：阴和阳。当阴和阳得到平衡，生命体就显得健康；阴阳不平衡，生命体就产生疾病。阳气过剩会导致器官的过于活跃；阴气过量则活性不足。不论哪一方过盛都会引起疾病。灵气治疗可以平衡阴阳及令经络的气流通畅。灵气可以打通阻塞的经络及帮助身体重组健康顺畅的气流系统。

课程中您也将了解身体的七大脉轮（能量中心），并且通过使用灵气扫描脉轮系统而得知人体的健康信息，情绪状态，能量均衡与否等等。

课程以体验式学习进行, 以及能有效地运用灵气于日常生活及工作中，融合东西方的智慧及心理和灵性的结合。同时间，在课程过程中你的能量也会被推至更高的层次。

Reiki is an Energy Medicine Technique for stress reduction & relaxation that also promote healing. It is administered by ‘laying our hands’ and is based on the principle that a ‘Universal Life Force Energy’ flows through us (also known as Qi or Prana) & is what allows us to be alive. If our Life Force energy is low, we are more likely to get sick & feel stress, and if it is high, we are joyful & healthy!
